We asked this company to repair a wall in our apartment. The final offer was 50% over the initial estimate. When the work was finished, we found that the issue was not resolved and they needed to redo a part of it. Even though we thought finishing the work properly would be included in the price of the initial bill, we were charged another 30% extra for this second effort. Make sure to get a written quote before committing to work with them.
