We used ZuGO GmbH for our international move from St. Gallen to Greece and we are really happy with the service. From the first contact everything was very easy and the team was always helpfull and friendly. The move itself went very smooth and our furniture and boxes was handled with care. We had quite a lot of things and honestly I was a bit worried before the move, but everything arrived in good condition. What we really liked was that ZuGO helped us with much more than only the moving. Before we left the apartment, they repaired some small holes in the walls and also did the end of tenancy cleaning with Abgabegarantie. This was very useful for us because we didnt have to organize different companies. We also ordered the packing materials directly from ZuGO, including moving boxes and other materials. It was much easier this way and we didnt need to search for boxes somewhere else. Because our new home in Greece was not ready yet, we also used their storage for around 7 weeks. Everything was stored safely and when we needed our things, everything was in good condition. The team was professional, careful and also very friendly. Sometimes the communication was not perfect, but they always try to help and find a solution, which we really appreciated. For an international move from Switzerland to Greece there is a lot to organize, but ZuGO made the whole process much more easier for us.
